In addition to a Moët Rose Fountain, the menu will feature Mom’s favorites like a raw bar with ahi poke, oysters on the half shell, green lip mussels, a made to order crepe station, entrees like eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce, prime rib, roasted leg of lamb, a made to order omelette station and dessert complete with chocolate fountain. The event will feature a fashion show, live jazz band, relaxing lagoon views and Arts & Crafts for the kids.
