In 2006, Mitsuru “Mits” Akashi got help he needed to realize a dream of Nihon-centric Cuisine with finely crafted cocktails. Mits often expounds about the wafu of Moshi Moshi and what it means to offer his heart to the patrons. Wafu is not just Japanese style but the amalgamation of the employees' personalities and the essence of simple Japanese style given back to Moshi's patrons. The food is delicious and the service is very friendly.
