People are constantly busy and preoccupied with many things in their lives - so much so we have little time for ourselves, and for our loved ones.
We can be lost in all of these tasks, objectives and goals that others and we set ourselves. We lose track of the true underlying objectives of the things we do, and derail from our original intent. All of these can add stress to our lives , as we overburden ourselves with responsibilities.
Are there ways to get out of this cycle?
BLIA SFYAD presents our monthly seminar: What Are We Busy With?
It is open to public.
Prior to the event, a complimentary lunch will be held from 12:30pm – 1:30pm. Event is free but registration is required due to limited spaces.
