Monthly Bottle Share with Bay Area Beer Socials [SOMA]

It's the Bay Area Beer Social monthly bottle share!
We've had some seriously great beer at past events. The Willows has invited us to have a monthly bottle share on the first Sunday of every month.

Here's the deal: It's a $5 entrance fee and The Willows has requested that I open all the bottles and do all the pouring. If you are buying a beer for this event please at least go to a good bottle shop. I realize there is a learning curve here and we all start somewhere but please do not bring beer commonly available at Safeway.
The Willows also offers a well curated list of bottles. If you choose to buy your bottle there you will get a 20% discount and won't have to pay corkage.
I would rather you not bring home brew. I love trying people's beer, and it isn't as if you'd be ostracized if you bring it but it isn't really the point of this event and can lead to an awkward situation.
