The 4th of July Planning Committee, Old Monterey Business Association, and City of Monterey are thrilled to present the return of Monterey's 4th of July Parade. For this special event, thousands of people will watch the star-spangled excitement of creative floats, specialty units, musical units, and guest appearances from local celebrities.

4th of July Lawn Party
Big Little Backyard Bar-B-Que and Entertainment Extravaganza will be held on the historic grounds of Colton Hall on Pacific Street on Maondy, July 4th from 11am until 4:30pm. Featured bands include Operation Rock (11am), The Peelers (12noon), Reckless in Vegas - (1:30pm) and The Killer Queens (3pm).
Children's entertainment includes free carnival games, face painting, balloon artists and jump houses. Lots of great food provided by non-profit food vendors will be on sale all day.
