Just like we clean our bodies & brush our teeth, we need a mental hygiene to cleanse the lens of our perception. Glow Meditation class will help you attain the state of awareness, concentration and focus. Meditation reduces stress, promotes healing and sense of inner peace. People who meditate regularly experience less anxiety, more joy is life and relationships.
We will be using the variety of mediation techniques with breathing exercises for your exploration and learning. You may bring your journal if you feel inclined to write things down in order to de-clutter your mind.
You do not need to know anything to attend this class - simply show up and experience being present.
Wear any clothes that will allow you to sit comfortably on the floor. You can use chair if needed.
