This workshop is designed for modern and contemporary dancers who want to hone their technical and choreographic skills, with an eye towards endurance, clarity and creativity. Incorporating his signature style, a mixture of ballet, modern and improvisational dance, Robert Moses will lead participants through phrase work and unique choreographic processes, fostering the creation of new work and breaking habits of old work. In a talk-back, included in the workshop, Robert Moses and a special guest works through the contentious topics that have come up during the many difficult events of the past year. As they reflect, they will share tips for how to remain resilient through challenging times. Participants will hear personal and moving stories from these arts leaders and leave with inspiring ideas for remaining creative and motivated.
