WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
Comfortable clothing you can move and shake in
A water bottle
Your dorkiest dance moves! (Coz it's about having fun, not doing good moves!)
External speakers are encouraged for the full experience, but not required! (Just make sure you pump up the volume!)
* NOTE: The full class runs for 1 hour. The dance portion runs for approximately 40-45 minutes. The intention setting, meditation breath, emotional somatic instruction & visioning at the top and tail of the class runs for around 5-10 minutes. Make sure you're on time to get the full Move, Meditate, Manifesting experience!
SARAH'S DANCE & WELLNESS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Sarah has her Certificate 3 in Group Fitness Instruction, she has over 12 years dance training including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Freeform, 5 Rhythms, Modern Dance, Journey Dance, Ecstatic Dance & Dance Fitness (including Plyojam & Zumba), she worked as a kids Dance Party Instructor for over 2 1/2 years, and has over 15 years experience in Health & Wellness, including 12 years of Vipassana meditation & over 4 years experience in Trauma Informed therapy.
As a coach & speaker she specializes in emotional release, intuition, creativity, play, sexuality & she's passionate about helping people transmute their suffering into their greatest joy through movement and somatic therapy.
