This brewery attached to the Whole Foods feels like a vacation. Munch and swig the amber hued goodness outside in the sunshine and people-watch the city from the upstairs brewery. Twenty taps of local craft beer rotate. Four beers, deeply aromatic and of-the-day fresh, are brewed on-site, with a new brew released every Friday. Food can be brought from the Whole Foods downstairs or orders can be placed from a menu that rotates every six to eight weeks. The citrusy Nelson Soley Sauvin cuts through the richness of the artisan cheese plate and steaming three-cheese mac. Also worth a try is the brewery's crisp Soli Amarillo pale ale. The brewery has partnered with the SAP center, a couple blocks away, so whatever event is going on, there is a food item ready to grab.
