Mission Cheese Pairing At Harmonic Brewing

Harmonic Brewing & Mission Cheese unite once again to bring you a cheese pairing for the ages! Each ticket comes wtih 4 tasters of beer and 4 corresponding cheeses to pair with them. We will have head cheese monger Alex Armstrong and head brewer Eddie Gobbo onsite to discuss the pairing with you. Mission Cheese will also be bringing a special menu for the evening in case you want to purchase some stuff a la carte! 
Additional onsite menu includes house made hot dogs covered in melted Raclette! Veggie option available as well. Alex will also be serving an incredible beer cheese dipping sauce made with Harmonic beer, in case you didnt get enough cheese yet! 
Tap room will remain open to the public (no tickets needed), the pairing is completely optional!
