Mindfulness Meditation for all Levels with Dan Petrie

Mindfulness meditation is the moment-by-moment process of actively observing one’s physical, mental, and emotional experiences. Mindfulness has scientific support as a means to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity, and promote a general sense of health and well-being. All levels welcome. The class format will be a 10 minute guided intro, followed by 25 minutes of silence and wrapping up with 10 minutes for Q&A.
