Think about the last time you had sex.
What was running through your mind?
What were you feeling?
What was your body sensing?
Can you remember?
In Mindful Sexuality, we bring a refined awareness to the entirety of our present-moment sexual experience, from noticing our every thought to becoming more attuned to the intricacies of our sexual bodies. By staying mindful and in the moment—and by learning to withhold judgment—you can choose to make sex more pleasure-filled, powerful, and loving.
In this women-only workshop, we safely and non-judgmentally:
• Learn to experience peace and deeply-felt pleasure in our bodies;
• Gain skills and knowledge to overcome specific—even longstanding—sexual
difficulties;
• Discover the heart of our sexual truths by gently peeling away shame-filled
stories;
• Give voice to our most charged passions and fantasies, for both healing AND
pleasure.
Mindful Sexuality will allow you to:
• Open new avenues of consciousness;
• Bring your full being to sex—every time;
• Rekindle your sexual relationships;
• Feel more alive and powerful in all aspects of your life.
Using a wide range of modalities and practices, including meditation, guided imagery and Mindful Inquiry, we’ll expand our ability to become more attuned to the whole of our sexual experience and expression.
Women of all sexual orientations and gender identities are warmly welcome.
The workshop will be experiential without any sexual contact.
