Mindful Mamas creates a circle for moms of all backgrounds to explore mindfulness through meditation, self-healing rituals and “get-real” conversations. Our vision is to foster a community of wise, mindful mamas, ready to deepen relationships with themselves and their families.
Each week offers a new 90-min experience to sink deeper into your spirit with the following four components:

deep stretch & relax
nourishing mind-body rituals
facilitated "Buzz Word" conversations
We begin with intention on April 25th, just after spring break & holidays, then end on May 30th to celebrate the New Moon in Gemini, which astrologically rules a sense of ease, communication & positive interactions.
The result of these 6-weeks gives you the stamina and resilience required to be a conscious, engaged, loving mom and live a balanced life.
