You'll learn what the heck mindfulness is, and how it can be used in daily life to reduce anxiety, cope with chaos, and cultivate more ease and kindness in everyday situations. Whether you're an experienced meditator or think you can never sit still for more than 3 minutes, come and take a pause with us this summer.
