Mindful Ceramics for KIDS :
Intro to handbuilding 


 Come and Experience:
The magical basics of clay!  We will learn all about clay and a variety of hand forming techniques.  This class is geared to kids 3-5 years old (with age exceptions). 
We embrace the creativity of the youth, but we will guide the students through several nature and animal based projects.  
We will learn techniques such as :


Coil building


Scoring


Attaching


Creating volume


Drying properties of clay


How to create in a group


And much more!


There’s more! For every ticket purchased, we will plant a tree to reforest the lands impacted by the California Wildfires. Through our Mindful Ceramics Series we are on a campaign to plant 300 trees! We invite you to be part of this Reforestation Campaign!

Learn impermenance and donate or destroy your vessel.


Support the regeneration of nature and donate it to a local farm that will plant what it needs in it.


Keep it and plant something. (we offer guidance in how to sustainably use your vessel).
