Mill Valley Winterfest

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Mill Valley’s Depot Plaza will be filled with live music, children playing and community camaraderie when the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the City of Mill Valley, rings in the holiday season with their annual Winterfest celebration.

This year’s Winterfest will delight all ages with an expanded array of food vendors, new activities, and a day-long lineup of live entertainment (view full schedule below). Activities include the famous snow slide, snow ball toss, holiday arts and crafts, games and activities, and delicious seasonal food & drinks courtesy of Piazza D'Angelo, Balboa Café, El Paseo, Equator Coffees & Teas, Extreme Pizza, Good Earth Natural Foods, Honeymoon Ice Cream, and Stefano's Pizza.

Entertainment Schedule:
11–11:30: Performing Arts Academy of Marin
11:45–12:15: Singers Marin – Caroling Kids
12:30–1:00: Tam High School Woodwind Ensemble
1:15–1:45: Happy Feet Dance School
2–2:30: Rose Paradise
2:45–3:30: Rock the Ages
3:45–4:15: Roco Dance
4:30–4:45: Singers Marin – Group Sing Along
4:45–4:50: Tree Lighting and a Mayoral Welcome
4:50–5:00: Singers Marin

The highlight of the day is the arrival of Santa Claus himself in an antique Mill Valley Fire truck at 1pm. Children will have an opportunity to take photos with Santa until 3pm. The day-long extravaganza is capped off by a spectacular Tree Lighting Ceremony at dusk. This long running traditional event showcases a wide variety of family friendly activities open to everyone.

Donation Station
One of the most important elements of the annual Winterfest is an opportunity to give back. There will be an entire Donation Station at Winterfest to collect canned food for the SF-Marin Food Bank, unwrapped toy donations for the Toys for Tots program and the Performing Stars of Marin. Don't miss this chance to give to those in need!

Also being offered at this year’s Winterfest is free bicycle parking in the adjacent lot to the plaza, courtesy the Marin County Bicycle Coalition and Tam Bikes.

This event is FREE and open to the public. There is a $2 suggested donation for each run down the snow slide, 3 runs for $5, or $10 for unlimited rides. For more information, visit https://www.EnjoyMillValley.com or call 415-388-9700.
