The Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office is proud to present the Military Veterans Law Enforcement Symposium. We are currently looking for Military Veterans who want to take charge of their lives and make their community a better place to live. The symposium will be held June 22nd, 2013 from 12:30pm -6pm at the Santa Clara County Justice Training Center, located at 19050 Malaguerra Avenue in Morgan Hill.
The Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office has designed this symposium to give potential applicants a glimpse of the rewards of a law enforcement career. We will offer a panel discussion with a transition from Military to Law Enforcement career emphasis, a workshop on the different law enforcement careers within the Sheriffs Office, Background Process Workshop, Interview Techniques, and a Physical Agility Demonstration. If you are interested in a career in law enforcement, this is YOUR opportunity. This event is free and open to Military Veterans who want to pursue a career in law enforcement.
