Midweek Mindfulness Practice
Join us for some calming midweek Mindfulness practice.
Experienced or new to mindfulness practice- everyone's welcome!
We'll jump into exercises focusing on being present to various experiences in our body and environment around us.
We'll also do interactive group exercises, mindful walking or maybe even mindful eating.
Regular mindfulness practice is known to help people overcome stress and worries, anxiety, chronic pain, and many other benefits.
Mindfulness also allows us to be aware of our judgemental thoughts towards ourselves and others, and in the process allows for more self-compassion, and of course compassion for others.
Come by and get grounded in your body, to help the rest of your week go more smoothly.
