Midday Mindfulness Class!!! 
Fit Bay Area & Dogpatch Dance & Yoga is hosting a class to that will help you to RELAX! 
Your instructor for the day is Allison Tibbs, a SF based Personal Trainer & Coach who has taught mindfulness and meditation to her clients to help them transform their lives! 
Allison combines light stretching and breathing exercises to create a calming and nourishing experience to body and soul.This is a great midday or lunch experience while at work, but don't worry about returning to work sweaty. You'll feel rejuvenated and refreshed and ready for the rest of the day with a clean mind and relaxed body.
