Master Chef Shin has developed a cult-like following at this Winchester Avenue sushi restaurant. Michi Sushi has two sushi bars and a 10 table dining room. The sushi menu features more than 150 special rolls
A sushi chef since 1989, Shin has owned Michi Japanese Restaurant since 1999. Michi provided catering and now delivers Monday through Saturday.
