As part of La Urbana's ongoing efforts to bring the best of all things mezcal from Mexico to San Francisco, we are excited to introduce our first Mezcal Master Class. It is a great honor to note that joining us for the event will be the President of COMERCAM - the Mexican Council for the Regulation of Mezcal Quality - Hipocrates Cancino, to give a presentation on the different regions of mezcal production and an overview of how the industry works.
Tickets for the event are $30, which is inclusive of passed bites and sips of mezcal. More food is available for purchase, and guests are invited to stay after the class for more cocktails in the bar. Dinner reservations can be made here.
