Mental Health at Work MiniConference

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Mind Share Partners is hosting a mini-conference with Arianna Huffington on May 8th in San Francisco to spark discussion on how to create mentally healthy workplaces in the U.S.

How is your company leading on mental wellness at work? How do you combat the stigma and promote understanding? What resources do you have in place?

20% of Americans will experience a mental health condition this year, which means that mental health affects every conference call, every meeting, and every team.

With depression as the leading cause of workplace disability in the U.S. and $17 billion lost annually in productivity in the U.S. due to mental health concerns, organizations must begin to lead by example in their own workplaces to encourage and support mentally healthy environments.

This mini-conference will be an intimate gathering of 100 executives and managers who are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces and bridging the gap between the need for both caring and compliance.
