On Friday February 9th, TechWadi will be organizing an event to host 14 tech startups from Injaz Egypt. Injaz Egypt is a non-profit organization that works to inspire and empower entrepreneurs to reach their fullest potential. Injaz has seed funded and supported over 60 successful startup businesses over the past six years. This year, in partnership with TechWadi and sponsored by the US Embassy in Cairo and Boeing, Injaz Egypt has recruited 14 of its most prominent startups that are bringing technology solutions to disrupt the fashion, media, e-commerce and the construction industries in Egypt, to 'Meet Silicon Valley'; explore the Silicon Valley entrepreneurial ecosystem and get the opportunity to network with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. TechWadi will give the participants a firsthand access to the ecosystem, engaging with a network of tech executives and investors.
The program will include a fireside chat with Injaz Egypt's founder, Dina El Mofty. Dina is a pioneer who has been nominated as one of the world's most influential -Arabs under 40- by Arabian Business. The event will take place at the Cambria Gallery in San Francisco.
