It will bring you into alignment with your authentic self all the while giving your mind and body a reboot. This class is perfect to start the day to achieve more success or end the day for a great night's sleep. Deep Relaxation brings about deep rejuvenation to the body and the mind returning the practitioner to a profound state of balance and well-being. It’s a scientifically proven method to heal from trauma, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, mood disorders, and anything you want to heal from. 

Mingle and connect with fellow meditators over a cup of golden milk, followed by a 45 minute guided meditation. During the practice, all senses are engaged inwards. You'll be laying down on a comfortable day bed for the entire duration without moving once. No meditation experience necessary.
