July 5: Attaining permanent mental joy and protection
We should not be satisfied with merely a temporary cessation of particular sufferings; this is deceptive. We need the permanent cessation of suffering; this is called nirvana. With this meditation, we expand our awareness to encompass a vision of totally secure and permanent happiness.
July 12: Be Loving: Opening our heart
Cherishing others is the best solution to our daily problems, and is the source of all our future happiness and good fortune. Let's explore this belief and do a powerful Buddhist meditation that comes down from the ages.
July 19: Be compassionate: Upping our personal power
Our compassion for all living begins makes our mind and our actions more and more pure, and when through this our mind and our actions become completely pure, we become an enlightened being.
July 26 : Be heroic: Developing the most beneficial intention
How wonderful it would be if I had all living beings to change real happiness, pure and everlasting happiness of enlightenment! May we attain this happiness. I myself will work for the same.
