Meditation and Mindfulness: A Chinese Medicine Workshop

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join us for a two-hour experiential workshop into mindfulness, meditation, and Chinese medicine.
This workshop is designed to help participants understand and cultivate more moment-to-moment awareness through meditation, breath work, and the art of observation. We will apply concepts used in the art of Chinese medicine to further explore and integrate these powerful tools into our daily lives.
During this workshop, participants will...

Learn practices which help to release tension and increase the ability to cope with stress

Cultivate present-moment skills in order to bring more peace, balance, and happiness into life

Get a glimpse of Chinese medicine and be guided by its principles for better health

Who should attend this workshop?
Anyone with a curiosity about mindfulness, meditation, and/or Chinese medicine--people who have little to no experience or who would like to deepen their existing practice with these methods.
