On Wednesday, April 27 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, locals and visitors alike will get a rare glimpse into the world of sake making at Ozumo San Francisco, with a special tasting hosted by respected Masumi “Arabashiri” sake producer, Katsuhiko Miyasaka. This event is timed perfectly to the peak condition of the sake, which was bottled young and released early for an extraordinarily clean taste and a refreshing finish. Guests will have the chance to interact with Katsuhiko and learn about the highly-coveted and historic brewing process, while sampling paired appetizers from Ozumo San Francisco’s Chef de Cuisines. There will be generous pours of five other premium sakes from Ozumo San Francisco’s expansive collection, including Junmai, Ginjo, and Daiginjo labels from Masumi. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $35 per person, or for $40 at the door.
