Creating inclusivity at work is top of mind for D&I conscious leaders today, but it is no easy task to gracefully navigate the multitude of workplace dysfunctions that can arise within a fast-paced organization.
For those of you who wish to understand the singular root cause as well as the solution to exclusionary culture, please join us for a deep dive into how to create transformative change in your organization through inclusive leadership for the first of our Master Workshop series with Executive Coach, Rajkumari Neogy. Tap into your potential as a leader to empower others, as well as yourself.
Rajkumari is an author, speaker, and innovator in the Diversity and Inclusion world. She had synthesized her deep studies into the science of organizational dysfunction as well as his/her personal experience working in the tech industry for more than a decade, and s/he has a long track record of developing executives and fostering inclusive mindset for their organizations.
Rajkumari is also the creator of the Disruptive Diversity framework and the author of The WIT Factor: Shifting the Workplace Paradigm by Becoming Your Optimal Self. S/he is fascinated by team culture, especially in the tech arena and believes that every individual brings a superpower that often isn't fully unlocked.

Accessibility
There is a ground-level entrance at the Lobby of 1355 Market place, and the security desk will be able to open the doors for you. Once inside, the elevators will take you up to the 4th floor, where a volunteer will make sure to help open the doors at Runway.
