Sake-BOMB! Who hasn’t done that?
A majority of us have desired the warmth of a hot sake while enjoying a sushi dinner & thought to themselves "Why should I choose this sake over the other sakes beyond just the label?"
Whether or not you've joined us for our prior two classes, this session strives to broaden your knowledge on the complexities of sake. We will specifically focus on two points:
The variances that each sake can have relative to which Prefecture it is from. Mountain regions vs. valleys. North vs. South.
Hot Sake - The ideal temperatures it should be served, the proper way to heat it up & demystify the stigma of all hot sake tasting like rubbing alcohol.
