Executive Chef, Jennifer Puccio created a menu of affordable, affable New American bistro favorites with unique and flavorful twists . Home to “the best burger in the Bay Area” according to the San Francisco Chronicle, Marlowe however "isn’t a one-note restaurant – everything is exceptional." Chef Puccio presents a sublimely edited bistro menu that skews part French, part Northern Cali (her baked oysters have become another Marlowesignature.) Owner Anna Weinberg has done her great-grandfather proud (she named the restaurant after his butcher shop in Boston). The interior riffs on the theme, with hexagonal tile floor and blackboard drawing of animals marked for cutting. Weinberg and Puccio opened Marlowe’s big sister, the uber brassierie Park Tavern, in North Beach in September 2011.
