Mark Meuser is on his 5000 mile bike tour around California visiting 58 counties, making 82 stops to talk to voters on why #ElectionsMatter, why we need open, clean and accountable elections.
In June 2018 Primary election, 118,000 LA County voters' names were erroneously removed from voters roll due to "printer error." Same problem also happened in Inyo, Kings, Ventura, Sonoma and Yuba counties.
LA county has 144% voters registration; i.e. more than 100% of voters population. Deceased, moved out of town, duplications are some of causes. Now, DMV is registering voters who probably are NOT citizens. And starting this November, non-citizens will be allowed to vote for SF School Board (only), but there is no clear guideline to differentiate them from citizen-voters, since voters are not required to show voter's I.D.
Open remarks by: Judge Steven Bailey (running for CA Attorney General) and Keith Bogdon (running for CA Assembly District 19 covering west side of SF and Daly City).
Come to hear from these 3 candidates.
