Marine Science Camp is a 25-year-old summer program provided by Marine Science Institute in Redwood City. Our mission is to lead environmental experiences that impact students of all ages, inspiring respect and stewardship for marine habitats and animals. This summer camp is a wonderful way for children to excite their curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about, and caring for, the environment. Whether they are getting introduced to marine science or are diving into a subject that they are already passionate about, campers are inspired by interactions with live animals and exploration of local marine habitats.
Marine Science Camp offers week-long day camps for children entering K-12th grade from June 10-August 9, 2019. Campers explore marine habitats and animals at our shore-side facility in Redwood City, while on field trips to local sites around the SF Bay, and while on board our 90-foot research vessel. Extended care and scholarships are available.
Online registration for Marine Science Camp sessions opens February 4th at 8:00am.
