After serving abroad, he served as head of the CIA's Counter Terrorism Center's Weapons of Mass Destruction Unit charged with pursuing terrorist weapons of mass destruction programs worldwide.  He has been involved in national security matters at the highest levels of the U.S. government.
Since retirement, he has written extensively, provided training to a wide variety of government and private entities and appears regularly on radio and television.  Sam has been involved in national security matters at the highest levels of the U.S. government. He is the author of “Beyond Repair: the Decline and Fall of the CIA” and “Willful Neglect: The Dangerous Illusion of Homeland Security”.
Sam will take stock of damage done under Obama, talk about the way ahead with emphasis on China, Russia and Iran, and highlight the role of the Deep State in hindering our efforts.
At the conclusion of his talk, Sam welcomes a question and answer period.  He asked me to tell you that no question is “off-limits”.
