Anger and irritation are a normal part of life for most of us, but they rob us of joy, damage our health and relationships and slow our spiritual practice.
In this interactive workshop, we will work with practical tools that help us learn to understand the underlying thoughts that bring about our anger and can help us catch our irritation before it escalates to anger and we cause harm to ourselves and others.
Teacher Emily Hsu has spent over a year in retreat an has completed a seven year FPMT masters program in Buddhist Studies. She is resident teacher at Ocean of Compassion Buddhist Center in San Jose.
