On Pesah we celebrate our liberation from the Narrowness and our opening to a wider life. But what does liberation really mean for us now? How do we situate ourselves spiritually to maximize our possibility for opening to our lives and to the Divine? In this day long retreat we will practice silent sitting and walking meditation, contemplative prayer, and listen to teachings from Norman Fischer and Rabbi Dorothy Richman. No previous experience with meditation or prayer is necessary. This event is part of Makor Or's annual Pesah Intensive, but all are welcome to attend.
