Join Chef Kim (jeeskimchi.com) as she shares her traditional Korean family recipes and learn about the probiotic health benefits of kimchi. Following her demonstration, roll up your sleeves and make your own batch with help from the expert.
Class Description
Once you've worked up an appetite, sit down to a classic Korean family-style dinner featuring Kimchi Chigae (hearty tofu kimchi stew) and "banchan" (multiple traditional side dishes) at a cozy communal table in Chef Kim's kitchen.
What You'll Take Home with You
Each student will go home with 1/2 gallon jar of kimchi and a deeper appreciation of the health benefits of kimchi.

All ingredients are certified organic or naturally grown and seasonally sourced "when available". (Shrimp paste is not available in organic)
