Class Description
Once you've worked up an appetite, sit down to a classic Korean family-style dinner featuring Kimchi Chigae (hearty tofu kimchi stew) and "banchan" (multiple traditional side dishes) at a cozy communal table in Chef Kim's kitchen.
What You'll Take Home with You
Each student will go home with 1/2 gallon jar of kimchi and a deeper appreciation of the health benefits of kimchi.
