Make & Take Preserved Lemon Workshop

Salt Preserved Lemons add deep lemon flavor to food and can elevate simple food to a whole new level. Use Preserved Lemons in dressing, dips, marinates, on salads, and more. Learn step by step how to make them starting with how to sterilize your jars, best practices for cutting, types of salt to use and how much, the time needed for preservation to occur, etc. We will make custom labels for labeling the jars that we take home. We will also prepare "Fancy Toast" where Preserved Lemons are the star along with other simple appetizers that we enjoy together as we wrap up the night. 
All ages welcome!
