Make a Laser-Etched Leather Wallet

Learn the basics of leatherworking in this fun, project-based workshop. Beginners are welcome. Students will use the laser cutter to perfectly cut a pattern for their wallet. No need to worry about cutting straight lines when you let the laser cutter do all the work!
Then, you will learn how to etch your own custom design onto the front flap! Bring your own black-and-white image that can be easily vectored (no gradients), or select a simple design off the internet.
Lastly, you will learn to securely bind your pattern together using rivets, which provides a much cleaner look than with stitching (and is easier as well).
All materials are included, and every participant will leave with a beautiful new leather wallet. This workshop makes for a great date, group activity, or an opportunity to simply learn a new skill!
