Maintenance Job Fair Hosted By AAA House Manager

AAA has launched a new company, AAA House Manager, a new service designed to take the stress and hassle out of home maintenance and we are hiring handy folks to join our team. We are hosting a job fair at our AAA Rockridge branch next Saturday, May 19th from 11am - 2pm.
Stellar candidates:
• Have 2+ years in residential construction, building maintenance, home inspection, appliance repair or estate management (4+ years preferred)
• Enjoy working with their hands
• Fluent in professional use of written and verbal English
• Are comfortable with electronic resources such as mobile apps, Internet searches, GPS navigation, data storage and documentation, and email
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in an indoor/outdoor environment where seasonal temperature changes can range from freezing to extreme heat
• Vision requirements include both close range and long distance vision
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and crawl into confined spaces
• Must be able to endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing
• Must be able to use hands to grip power and hand tools
• Must have a completed high school diploma or GED
• Must be agree to criminal background check and drug test
Our Home Services Managers are full-time employees eligible for medical/vision/dental insurance, 401K (up to 6% matching), 3% annual bonuses, PTO, specialized training, education reimbursement and more!
