Luxetigers' Fashion Fund for Families benefiting Family Builders

Family Builders, a nonprofit Bay Area agency dedicated to finding permanent families for children and youth in foster care, is pleased to announce that “Fashion Fund for Families” the organization’s first fashion fundraiser will take place on Thursday, November 7 from 6 – 10 p.m. Board President Alan Morrell of Neiman Marcus along with LUXETIGERS’ Victor Vargas and co-chairs Brenda Zarate of LVMH and San Francisco businessman Jorge Maumer conceptualized the evening’s celebration of life and family to raise funds, friends and awareness for Family Builders amid the backdrop of the bright and modern DZINE in the heart of San Francisco’s design district.
An exclusive presentation of five international designer collections will be staged amidst contemporary Italian furniture at DZINE with models highlighting trends from around the globe. Napa Valley boutique wineries such as Elizabeth Spencer, Romeo Vineyards, and Twenty Rows, will host wine bars alongside a selection of other fine wines from Beyond the Label – Napa Valley and Out in the Vineyard. An El Jolgorio Mezcal Bar and decadent hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the evening with Choco Vogue gourmet chocolates and Chantal Guillon macaroons for dessert. An extraordinary 5-Item Live Auction and DJ will complete the evening’s atmosphere. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Family Builders, a nonprofit Bay Area adoption agency dedicated to finding permanent families for children and youth in foster care.
