Lunchtime Yin Yoga at Psoas Massage + Bodywork

Did you miss out on our last Yoga class? Don't worry, we are now offering a free Lunchtime Yin class every Monday right here at Psoas!
Join your awesome instructor, Jeremy Galvin, a Psoas massage therapist and yoga practitioner of 10 years. Yin Yoga is a slower, more passive form of yoga focused on calming the mind and restoring overall balance to your system. Yin aims to address the deepest levels of muscle and connective tissue while also affecting tendons, ligaments, bones, and joints. Expect a brief meditation at the beginning of class, fewer poses held for longer periods of time, and a lot of time getting deep into poses on the floor.
Some helpful tools to bring (we also have these at the studio if you need to borrow any of them):


Yoga mat


Belt or a yoga strap


Towel (to use as a yoga prop)


Water


Pair your Yin Yoga with a massage! Enjoy 20% off your next session for any client – new or old – who attends the class and books a session that afternoon. 
Early and on-time arrivals are appreciated! Doors close at 12:35pm so please plan accordingly. Thank you!
RSVP to this event as soon as you can, as space is limited to 8 people. Please cancel 24 hours in advance if you will not be attending so that clients on the waitlist will have their chance to attend. If the event is full, just add yourself directly to the waitlist on Eventbrite and it will automatically notify you once a spot opens up!
