Penningtons Manches invites you for an immigration-focused Lunch and Learn at the Vault on September 19, 2018. Here, Pat Saini, Head of Immigration with Penningtons will discuss how international entrepreneurs can qualify for the Tech Nation Visa.
The Tech Nation Visa enables the brightest and best tech talent from around the world to come and work in the UK’s digital technology sector, contributing their cutting-edge expertise, creativity and innovation to maintain the UK’s position at the forefront of the global digital economy. Depending on an individual’s experience, they can apply via one of the following routes:
Exceptional Talent: Proven to be a recognized leader
Exceptional Promise: Proven to be an emerging leader
Each year 200 endorsements are available to Tech Nation. Should the allocation be met, up to 1,000 additional endorsements can be available.
Pat Saini was instrumental in designing this visa category and has assisted more than 80 individuals with their endorsement applications. During this workshop, she will set out some of the key criteria for this visa category and how those interested can apply.
