Tracy of The Laksa Project is collaborating with Indonesian chef, Siska of Chilicali to introduce Malaysian and Indonesian food to San Francisco. This menu features a Nusantara region Lunar New Year feast by the chef duo, served family style in a community dining setting. The venue is a nonprofit vocational school serving the local low income community.
