Love the Skin You’re In: Practical Tips to Make Peace w/ Your Body & Food

SEE EVENT DETAILS
at ModCloth San Francisco (see times)
Have you struggled with nutrition, weight and body image and wished you had more resources and support along the way? Are you ready to change the way you feel about your body and food or eager to help others do the same? This event is for you.
Please join us in the beautiful ModCloth Fillmore Street fit shop for yummy nibbles, a brief panel discussion and an intimate community conversation designed to create a safe space to open up about struggling with food and body image. We’ll share tips and resources that were transformative in our journeys to self acceptance and food freedom, and will facilitate a discussion around creating new liberating habits.
If you're tired of navigating food and body image challenges alone, we encourage you to show up, stand up, speak up and help us pave a clearer path to health and healing for yourself and others.
Note: Swag bags with our favorite products will be provided to all guests who RSVP!
