SCU Presents' largest facility is the Louis B. Mayer Theatre. This spacious performance facility works well for productions and events with large audiences. Named after the founder of Metro Goldwyn Mayer film company, Mayer Theatre was dedicated by actress Helen Hayes in 1975 and is continually maintained and updated as a state-of-the-art performance space. The main house is based on a flexible proscenium/thrust stage with up-to-date lighting and sound systems. While renting Louis B. Mayer Theatre, clients have access to accompanying amenities such as the Green Room, Make Up Room, Dressing Rooms, Mayer Rehearsal Hall, and Mayer Lobby. Subject to availability.

Mayer Theatre houses the Mayer Theatre Main Stage, the Fess Parker Studio Theatre, and the administrative and theatre faculty offices for Santa Clara University's Department of Theatre and Dance. Up-to-date lighting and sound systems, completely fitted scene and costume shops, a rehearsal hall and dressing rooms make Mayer Theatre an excellent place to perform and work.
