W San Francisco Executive Chef Paul Piscopo’s collaboration with SF food trucks continues with Local Motion featuring Fiveten Burger. Starting with a cocktail and canapé reception, the dinner features a family-style menu including: Black Bass Sandwich with Basil Mayo and Spicy Tomato Jam; Eel River Grass-fed Sliders; and Taylor’s BBQ Sausage with Hot Slaw, Cabbage, Nantes Carrot and Super Spice Mustard. Dinner rounds out with seasonal starters, irresistible sweets and optional cocktail pairings.
