Local Kitchen & Wine Merchant, partnering with E&J Gallo Winery to highlight Women Behind the Wine during Women's History Month, will host a wine paired prix fixe dinner that will take place on Wednesday, March 29 beginning at 5:30 PM. The evening will start with fresh Oysters and J Cuvee 20 Brut followed by Poached Pickled Tiger Prawn Escabeche with Jayson by Pahlmeyer Sauvignon Blanc, Roasted Game Hen Breast with Talbott Sleepy Hollow Pinot Noir, a Lamb Loin with Mount Peak Gravity Red Blend and, for dessert, Semolina Citrus Cake with J Brut Rose.
Gallo partners with Women of the Vine and Spirits Foundation annually in their scholarship program to support women in the food, wine, spirits, hospitality and viticulture industry and to ensure the continued success, growth and empowerment of each individual nominated.
