This class is for anyone wishing to focus on concentration and bringing joy into your life. You may wish to complete a project and need an extra little lift to see it fully manifest. Are we paying attention to work/life balance? Are we remembering to bring joy into our day? This class meets every morning for just 30 minutes, Monday-Friday. It starts with a daily mediation and the intention to bring more focus and concentration into our lives.
The outcome of working together for 28 days is to pay more attention to the joy in our lives and to see the important connection to joy and stabilizing the mind.
