In 2015, we gathered over a novel idea: throw a fancy "fundraiser" to raise awareness instead of money. Thus was born the first "storytelling gala." We listened to stories on topics of social justice and promised to stand up to hate, ignorance, and misinformation. Join us every 3rd Thursday in NY and 4th Thursday in the Bay Area. No PowerPoints. No scripts. Just storytelling on a mission.

Attire: The space will look nice so why shouldn't you? Mostly standing-room w/ accommodations upon request.Food/Drink: Open bar and free hors d'oeuvres.Contributions: We're 100% volunteer-run and funded by your generosity. Your cash, Venmo, or credit card donations offset cost of food, drinks, and venue. All funds in excess will be divided among three organizations to which each speaker is affiliated. Please help us grow.
