Martina is also a certified health coach, a Reiki Master, and holds various qualifications in personal training, Pilates, Yoga, and pre-and post-natal fitness. Originally from Germany, Martina has spent the majority of her life in China and Greater Asia, where she learned to combine the best practices from Eastern and Western philosophies for a holistic approach to health.
